Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Use of Utilito

Utilito provides free browser-based tools, calculators, formatters, generators, API utilities, and an MCP router for convenience. By using the site, tools, API, or related documentation, you agree to use them responsibly and comply with applicable laws.

Tool output and assumptions

Tool output may depend on browser behavior, pasted input, formulas, assumptions, exchange rates, rounding, third-party data, or implementation details. You are responsible for checking any output before relying on it for business, legal, financial, health, tax, engineering, or operational decisions.

No professional advice

Finance, tax, health, nutrition, security, and compliance-related tools are educational utilities only. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional who understands your full situation.

API usage

API access may be rate limited, changed, paused, or discontinued to protect site reliability. Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass limits, overload the service, scrape aggressively, interfere with other users, or use Utilito for unlawful activity. Future paid plans or higher-limit access may have separate terms.

Sensitive data

Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, regulated records, confidential customer data, or sensitive personal information to the API. Browser-based tools are intended to run locally where practical, but you should still avoid pasting sensitive data into websites unless absolutely necessary.

Builder Pilot billing and cancellation

The Context Ops Builder Pilot is a recurring monthly subscription billed by Stripe at the price shown during checkout. The pilot begins only after payment settles, workload review passes, and scoped access is provisioned. It does not include an uptime or response-time SLA, storage, a usage dashboard, or guaranteed support response time.

You may cancel through Stripe or by emailing the support address below. Unless an immediate refund, security event, abuse response, or legal requirement applies, access continues through the paid-through date and then the credential is revoked. If a renewal remains unpaid, access ends when the paid-through date ends.

If Utilito cannot provision the published pilot after payment, the payment will be refunded. After access is issued, refunds are handled according to the published offer, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request; no prorated refund is promised unless required by law. Credential exposure, abusive use, charge reversal, or unlawful activity may result in immediate revocation.

Advertising and site behavior

Utilito may display advertising to support the site. Ads must not be treated as tool output, recommendations, download buttons, or endorsements. Do not attempt to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks.

No warranty

Utilito is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tools may contain bugs, produce unexpected output, or be unavailable. Utilito and its operator are not liable for damages, losses, data issues, business interruptions, or other consequences arising from use of the site, tools, API, MCP server, or documentation.
